@KetoAurelius @TamaTeresa I started a program sponsored by the VA from Virta Health which reversed my type II diabetes. I am off all diabetic meds, statin, reduced BP meds and lost 40lbs. I don't eat sugars, starchy foods, etc. It is a modified Keto diet. My BG levels are in the normal range now.
