@thepointsguy I had a video that documented damage to the splash guard under the front bumper. I should have asked for another car. After only a few minutes on the highway the guard broke loose and flattened a tire. They reimbursed for the tire and let me off the hook on return.

A nice soaking rain is moving across Iowa this morning. Behind the area of rain, temperatures fell into the 70s while ahead of the area of rain, temperatures were still in the 80s. Rainfall amounts between a quarter inch and three quarters of an inch were common.

@mls515 @CenturyLink *Everyone’s* auto payment failed, or so the word is on Twitter. At any rate, they evidently shut off everyone’s internet who had auto pay set to run today. (Their poor customer support people are probably drowning, and I bet none of them have any answers they’re able to give.)
