Today is the first day of no-excuse early voting in Missouri, and I would appreciate your vote for Attorney General. We need to bring good government back to Missouri. As Attorney General, I will prosecute corruption, sue scammers, protect our families and our freedoms, and get Missouri working for Missourians again. We need an Attorney General on our side. I am a lifelong Missourian. I previously served as an Assistant Attorney General of our state. For the last several years, I’ve sued corrupt government officials of both parties to protect our civil liberties, and I’ve defended our right to see what our government is doing with our money. Our current appointed Attorney General, Andrew Bailey, has been terrible for Missouri. He’s wasted so much of our money he can’t even tell us how much – just try to ask him. Those illegal gambling machines we’re seeing in so many gas stations throughout our state? Our Attorney General took money from illegal gaming companies and then dropped his representation of the state against them. He’s even spending taxpayer money fighting to keep innocent people in prison, like Sandra Hemme, who spent 43 years in prison for a crime she didn’t commit. St. Joseph Police opposed our Attorney General on that case. On top of the corruption, our Attorney General has entirely mismanaged the office. We have record low staffing when we should be suing scammers and prosecuting violent crime. There are so many crooks coming to our state to exploit our home, and we need an Attorney General who will stand up for us. As Attorney General, I will start a Public Corruption Unit to make sure your tax dollars go exactly where they’re supposed to. We will make sure our roads, our schools, and our hospitals get the funding they need to work for us. My Civil Rights Division will stop Big Government from abusing its power. I will protect our civil liberties. I will launch Missouri's first statewide effort to prosecute and prevent violent crime. The Attorney General can play such a big role in making our neighborhoods safer and protecting our families. I will. I will go after utilities raising rates on our families and making drinking water and electricity unaffordable. I will enforce antitrust law and sue monopolies squeezing every dime they can out of Missourians. Family farmers won’t have to stand up alone when big foreign companies try to put them out of business, and you will have an advocate for you to protect your privacy and your wallet from Big Tech, Big Health Care, Big Pharma, Big everything. I will stop scam calls and get our Consumer Protection Division working again. Missouri started America’s first No-Call list, but you sure wouldn’t know it today. I will sue scammers and launch a program to educate Missourians so we all can better avoid and prosecute scammers. I will bring back Missouri’s Conservation, Agricultural, and Environmental Division that Jay Nixon started as Attorney General to protect our state’s natural resources. And you better believe we're going after abusive puppy mills. Missouri has been the capital of puppy mills in our country for over a decade. We can end these abusive scams. And as Attorney General, I will be an advocate for you in Jefferson City. Our Attorney General shouldn’t be the attorney for the Governor, or for Big Government, or for his Big Donors. Our Attorney General should be your attorney, and I will be the most accessible Attorney General in our state’s history. We will have a watchdog in our government again. Our Attorney General should be non-partisan. We should just elect the best attorney for the job. This election, don't just vote for party. That's exactly what those in power want us to do. They want us divided against each other, against our friends, even against our family so that we don't realize how much we share in common and how much we've been screwed over by the very people who are supposed to be representing us. Instead, vote for good government. Vote to protect your tax money. Vote for Missouri to be a leader in our country again. When Amendment 3 defines reproductive healthcare it clearly says, "including but not limited to." This leaves a very large opening for what will be included as reproductive healthcare - like gender reassignment of children. #VoteNoOn3
