I don't care if the opposing pitcher throws with his left hand, his right hand, both hands, or if he grows a third hand and uses that. It doesn't matter. Jac Caglianone should not be on the bench while Lane Thomas and Starling Marte and Nick Loftin all play baseball. So stupid.

@Drizzy_Dru29 Jensen and Cags are currently your 2 most productive bats and need to play every day, regardless of whose pitching. This constant juggling lineups for matchups is just adding fuel to the fire Q talk. They’re your best options, play them!

Q is losing the fan base with this shit. Why is Carter not playing, let alone Carter AND Cags? We’re giving away wins like Oprah #fountainsup

@RoyalsData If you insert Cags instead of Tolbert in the 1st you have Tolbert to pinch run in the 9th. Might have had the contact play on if Tolbert is your runner instead of Thomas.

I don’t want to live in a world where Jac Caglianone sits against lefties AND goes unspent on the bench late in close games. It’s illogical.

@jtpenfield And why not go with Massey, Isbel or Cags either the Collins injury occurred. Then you can pinch run Tolbert in the 9th, which is really his only role on this team. Lots of head scratching moves.

With Massey and Jac still on the bench, why did they not get an AB with the platoon advantage in the 9th? I know Lane got on but that felt like a clear PH spot for Marte

@CarlHigbie The opposite is also true: if the J6ers were armed (many were) and resisting then could law enforcement begun opening fire on them? Or if law enforcement believed they were in danger (video showed many were) would shooting protesters have been justified?

The same people saying this was an unjustified shooting by ICE... Are the same people who claimed it was totally justified to shoot Ashli Babbitt Think about that

@RoyalsWeekly With Jensen and Cags in the lower part of your order it really eliminates some of the holes they’ve had from 6-9 for 2 years.

Jac with a lovely triple there. Also has a walk today. If he can make strides with his approach this off-season, the combo of him and Jensen will help transform this offense.

@jtpenfield No reason for Grichuk playing over Cags or Frazier against a righty. Grichuk should be a pinch hitter the rest of the way.

Cags just won a 13 pitch battle and drew a walk

@KCMagicNumber No logical reason for Grichuk playing today. He’s 1 for his last 16. Multiple lefty options better- Frazier and Cags.
