@Flikk_The_Fox @mikitaisbased You can’t say that it’s the pedestrian’s fault due to behaving unexpectedly. Taken from the pedestrian’s POV the biker behaved unexpectedly by swerving. Pedestrian saw a collision course and adjusted himself to avoid it, unfortunately the biker did the exact same thing.

@mikitaisbased Just to be more concicse, I'm arguing from a situational perspective and not from a legal fault perspective. He objectively caused all the problems through his actions, regardless of who is in the right or wrong. He is the stone that causes the tower to fall.

@Twisted_Kicks I know this has been a problem, but I still wonder how much people really consider the fact that there are multiple entrances to the exhibit hall, it’s impossible to be sure you’re “first” when there’s an entire other group of people getting in across the exhibit hall…

@yesterdaysco It’s one thing by saying it and another thing actually holding people accountable for it. I can’t believe after all this time this is now being looked at. So frustrating when something is LE100 or under for the show and even if you’re first to hit the floor you still had no shot.

This should help a ton with getting attendees in lines for #SDCC exclusives before Exhibitors, rad.

@grumpycharmss @SD_Comic_Con I reallocated a number of things and I don’t have any that say “removed/not awarded” just a bunch with the remove button and a bunch with nothing

@SD_Comic_Con I have some of these on mine, but I've determined they are ones that I myself changed over the past few days. When I reallocated picks, it shows my originals as removed/not awarded

We truly think they haven't finished because it doesn't seem to be all of them, but a few #SDCC lottos already have the "Removed/Not Awarded" verbiage in the portal, such as Pop Mart. So don't get discouraged if you check and don't see results yet, but it's worth peeking at.

@Jack_S72 @jakefromgeorgia @billybinion The ranting is justified though because now all sorts of places where the workers DO get paid at least minimum wage are suddenly asking for tips in a more aggressive manner than we are used to

@jakefromgeorgia @billybinion I’ll happily give bad tips for full service. I’ll happily not tip at all. I’ve paid for my meal, the waiter/waitress is paid their wage 🤷‍♂️

A rant: Tipping culture is out of control. I'm a generous tipper. But 20% for someone to make eye contact & hand me a muffin is crazy. Restaurants widely suggesting people tip 30% now is kookoo bananas. At this rate we'll soon be tipping the price of the meal. Make it stop.

@Jack_S72 @jakefromgeorgia @billybinion The problem is that the system is literally built with the assumption that the waiter will be tipped. Their wages from the restaurant are allowed to be abnormally low because of it.

@jakefromgeorgia @billybinion I placed a to go order at a restaurant and declined to tip and paid my bill in full. When I got to the restaurant someone came to my car with a pen and receipt for me to leave a tip. I honestly felt extremely pressured in that moment

But who is making you tip when it doesn’t make sense to? A machine owned by a company? You might tip well when it makes sense but if you read the comments here you can see how many people have no problem giving bad tips in FULL SERVICE. That only ensures service will get worse over time…or will lead to automatic gratuity in full service situations.

There truly is just no perfect way to do offsites. We've seen people be mad when they announce a time. We've seen people be mad when they don't. We've seen people be mad when it's a lottery. And mad when it's FCFS. And mad when it drops randomly... You just have to hope for the best and hope luck is on your side (and that you don't spend 10 hours refreshing, let's not do that again)

@SD_Comic_Con @LegionofSand I star any booths I should revisit and favorite any panels I’m remotely interested in so I can easily check what I can do at any point in the day if I need to change plans. Must dos go in iCalendar and anything interesting I see gets a picture in my SDCC album in photos

I know some of you like to use spreadsheets, physical planners, etc for #sdcc plans but I like to live on the edge and just throw stuff in my notes app
