@coldxman The scandal will certainly draw exponentially more attention. He’ll become a hero to some, a villain to others. Societally we are so conflicted about how to handle mistakes bc of the rapid decline of trust in virtually all institutions. Forgiveness, punishment, intent, all of it.

Unless actual evidence of over the board cheating is revealed, this scandal is mostly going to make people root for Hans more.

@RollingStone This is a mischaracterization of the totality of what he wrote. You pulled one quote without regarding the context, e.g., “Once again, we have tragically proven that we are failing to be responsible for the rights our freedom grants use”. It’s clear he feels guns are the issue.

Realized tonight that I hadn’t exposed my young son to a wide enough array of amazing music. Among other gems, I played Stevie Wonder’s song “As” and blew his mind. Fun fact: the word “Until” starts 50 lines of chorus in that song.

After spending three weeks in jury service for a criminal trial it sure is refreshing serving as a juror for an advertising awards competition.
