I’m not hate tweeting them, just noting the O’s play, so far, is woeful… how do you change woeful, win some games, hit,pitch, defend better than the teams you play…win the one run games, run the bases aggressively but smartly…make a defensive play that changes the course of the game, and get some injured players back…Woeful play will be in the rear view mirror ..

@OriolesMagic23 Mike Bordick went on a rant about the team’s approach to hitting, fielding, bullpen, base running, you name it. We haven’t looked like a true playoff team since the first half of 2024. He really called out the inconsistency of play and organizational approach.

I have been an Orioles fan my whole life and this has been one of the most embarrassing series I have ever seen them play. Just piss poor, looks like they are being forced to play and don’t want to. This team is digging themselves a deep hole! #birdland

Lots of questions about the Grayson Rodriguez-Taylor Ward trade… a known offensive bat for a 26 year old possible top of the rotation starting pitcher if he stayed healthy, which he hasn’t been able to do…O’s gave up 4.6 runs per game, scored 4.18…the result, 91 wins to 75…I’m hoping Santa brings the O’s some pitching and also leaves a copy of the Ted Williams hitting book, “the science of hitting “ under Adley Rutschman’s Xmas tree….

Thank you but I didn’t win 300 games, or apparently strikeout enough batters according to baseball stat guys… unless there was a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs. K% went up then I am told… my 251 BABIP was because I played on good defensive teams, as was my 226 RISP…the 8 20 win seasons were just a product of how good the Oriole teams I played on… as was my 2.86 lifetime era.. the 212 complete games and 53 shutouts were once again because I played on good, great Oriole teams… as we used to say…great to be an Oriole…
