NEET और CBSE के मुद्दे पर @RahulGandhi शिक्षा मंत्री का इस्तीफ़ा माँग रहे है, क्योंकि ये गड़बड़ियाँ किसी की गलती से नहीं हुई है, बल्कि उस सिस्टम का नतीजा हैं, जो मोदी सरकार ने बनाया था। IIT के डायरेक्टर्स की कमेटी, जिसके अध्यक्ष प्रो आचार्य थे, उसने NTA को संसद के कानून से एक वैधानिक या statutory संस्था बनाने की बात कही थी, जिसपर ऑडिट की कड़ी निगरानी रहे। लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने 2018 में जब इसे बनाया, तो statutory संस्था नहीं, एक साधारण सोसाइटी बना दिया। इसके दो नतीजे हुए। एक कि NTA पर कोई पब्लिक ऑडिट या निगरानी नहीं है। ये संस्था जो भी काम करती है, उस पर किसी का कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है, ना ही जवाबदेही है। दूसरा, इसके पास परमानेंट कर्मचारी बहुत कम हैं। दुनिया भर में प्रैक्टिस है कि अगर कोई संस्था बेहद sensitive काम करती है, तो वो काम in-house किए जाते हैं। लेकिन NTA सभी काम ठेके पर करवाती है। पेपर डिज़ाइन, पेपर डिलीवरी, data protection, center management, result processing system सभी out-sourced हैं। मोदी सरकार के लिए NTA उसके ठेकेदारों के लिए दुधारू गाय है। इसीलिए 2024 सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी सुधार नहीं हुआ, न किसी को सजा हुई। यहाँ तक कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर जो राधाकृष्णन कमेटी बनी और उसके सुझावों पर अमल करने के लिए एक मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी बनी, उसके काम का कोई रिकॉर्ड पब्लिक में नहीं है। मोदी सरकार को बच्चों के भविष्य की कोई फ़िक्र नहीं है। बस मुनाफ़े की नज़र है। इसीलिए CBSE में OSM का काम एक ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को देने में किसी का हाथ नहीं काँपा था। फ़ायदा इनके लोगों का, भुगत देश का GEN Z रहा है।

CBSE has followed the General Financial Rules protocols scrupulously in the awarding of the contract to the agency.
