@ItsNightzy No, it’s like 24-25 grams. I wasn’t actually looking at what they’re advertising the protein content to be. It would have to be 4 oz cooked in order to hit that 32 gram mark. Fast food/food labeling in general is wildly misleading if not fraudulent in some cases.

so everyone who actually does track protein accurately and isn't retarded when it comes to counting calories knows that you measure in raw weight, not cooked, and chicken experiences approximately 25% loss when cooked. this is like a tiny piece or two short.
