@NespressoUK No need to apologise for someone else’s mistake…. This is my order delivered via @DPDUK order placed at 737am yesterday and in my house before 9am … at no charge! @RoyalMail need to be better

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp it’s been over a week that these have been put out on my step to be collected and they are still there. Companies are paying you to collect items and you’re not doing it… is it any wonder other companies are the preferred service provider now

@HastingsDirect my car renewal has come in £160 more expensive than last year, and £170 more than anyone on compare the market. Can someone explain why you don’t look after existing customers rather than just hiking up the costs in the hope we won’t look elsewhere…

@BrightonHoveCC stammer park, popular all year round with dog walkers (you now that as you make people pay for the parking to make profit from them) so you clearly need to increase the number of dog bins and frequency you make collections.
