🔹 What Shaykh @AbuIyaadSP Actually Said: “I have known from experience as well is that generally speaking the Arab speaking world, like the Gulf countries, they are like for example in food, they follow America and Europe.” “In those Arab countries, they have only just recently come out of the desert into oil riches and then using the money to buy expertise from outside, right, so it is all expertise from outside whether it is in science, medicine, whatever and so they themselves, the Arabs as a nation historically..., so they are mostly followers of foreign expertise and so that is one of the actual problems that we are dealing with here, which is that if you were to present these things to an Arab audience, particularly in the Gulf I am speaking about, you are going to have a lot of resistance.” ✅ What Shaykh Abū Iyād Meant: Shaykh Abū Iyād was making a sociopolitical and historical observation, not a religious or racial insult: -He pointed out that Gulf countries underwent rapid development in recent decades, especially after discovering oil. -As a result, they imported expertise in fields like science and medicine from Western nations (Europe & America). -Therefore, they rely heavily on foreign institutions and health authorities, especially regarding medicine and vaccines. -This dependency on external systems creates a cultural and psychological resistance when one tries to challenge those systems or raise alternative views in those societies. -He was not speaking about the scholars, but about national medical policy adoption and public mindset. 🔻Lies and Misrepresentations Spread by Shaykh @Arafatbinhassan and his team (@aslamhaashim @ZubayrAbbasi and others) Deduced from that: - That he mocked the senior scholars and labeled them "desert Bedouins" (بدو). - That he meant the scholars are “not proficient” or “ignorant.” - That he insulted the Arabs as a race, implying backwardness. - None of these were stated, intended, or even hinted at in his original words. - Instead, they cherry-picked phrases, twisted the historical commentary into a personal attack against the scholars, and weaponized the phrase “people of the desert” (أهل الصحراء) to frame him as arrogant and disrespectful—when in reality, no such term was ever used by him against scholars. ❌ Lie 1: That Abū Iyād said the major scholars are “Bedouins” “People of desert” who are not proficient. Shaykh Arafat Tweeted: "ويزعم أنهم (العلماء الكبار) بدو أهل صحراء لا يحسنون" "He claims that (the senior scholars) are Bedouins, the people of the desert, who are not proficient (do not excel, lack skill)" ✅ Reality: This is a despicable lie. Shaykh Abū Iyād has never uttered such speech, neither publicly nor privately. These are words falsely attributed to him to stir hatred and division. Rather, his point was an objective observation about how some Gulf nations embraced Western medicine without critical analysis, not about the scholars themselves. Accusing someone of insulting the scholars based on false context is from the methodology of the people of oppression. Shaykh Abū Iyād clarified: “Whoever ascribed this speech to me… that ‘The Major Scholars are Bedouins… not proficient’… has lied and fabricated upon me what I did not say, nor intend, nor has it occurred in my mind ever.” “These false accusations are based on casual remarks I made privately about the Gulf adopting the allopathic model without critical analysis—not about the scholars themselves.” “My intent behind these remarks is that I am not obligated to adopt a nation’s medical views just because they adopted it nationally.” ❌ Lie 2: That Abu Iyad speaks ill of the Arabs in their race and accused Arab as a race of backwardness or ignorance, blind flowing Kuffar. Shaykh Arafat Tweeted: "يزعم أنهم بدو أهل صحراء لا يحسنون" "He claims that they are desert Bedouins who are not proficient." x.com/Arafatbinhassa… ✅ Reality: False. He clearly affirmed the virtue of the Arabs in religion. His comment was about modern history and medicine. Twisting this into racism is a desperate attempt to discredit him. He also explicitly affirmed: “I never negated their religious virtue. I only said their modern reliance on Western medicine has problems — it’s a factual, historical statement about public health.” “We affirm the excellence of the Arabs in that they were the chosen vehicle to carry the message of Islām and to deliver it to mankind, and we love them for that and for other reasons… However, this excellence is not to be extrapolated or extended to other affairs such as science, medicine, engineering and so on, unless such excellence is acquired separately.” “My comment was about modern health policy, not about the scholars or their knowledge in Islām.” “I casually mentioned, towards the end of the audios, as something incidental to the discussion, as an observation, that the Gulf Arabs in particular, were catapulted into rapid development due to oil riches, leaving the desert life, and had to buy in foreign expertise from Western nations. That they adopted Western food, diet and consequently, medicine in the process (thereby leaving the healthy ways of their ancestors). They have more or less wholesale adopted the allopathic model of medicine, [which is based largely on treating symptomms based on patented medications], without much critical evaluation.” ”So, they are mostly followers of foreign expertise… This is simply a factual observation. This has been twisted to mean that I am maligning the Arabs as a whole, whereas my discussion here is in the context of modern history and its specific circumstances.” "However, we affirm the virtue of the Arabs who carried Islām, and we love them, and in their genus (not each individual), they have superiority from this particular angle: that they were chosen for carrying Islām, and they carried it.” 📉 Current Status of the Lie: -As of now, Shaykh Arafāt and his team have quietly dropped the term "Bedouin" بدوي - ބަދަވީ (singular), بدو - ބަދަވީން (plural)” in their accusations. This is because it became clear to many that Shaykh Abū Iyād never used that word and that the allegation was fabricated. -Several students of knowledge have privately admitted that Sh Arafāt began spreading this lie as early as January 2023, including when he visited the Maldives. - At that time, some students were told not to speak out. Now, however, Sh Arafāt repeats the same type accusations openly in class after class, because he senses the tide turning—many brothers have listened to the actual audios and are realizing the truth is with Shaykh Abū Iyād. - More people are asking for evidence, and Arafāt is starting to deflect, twist meanings, and move away from specific claims he can no longer defend. 📚 Summary: - Shaykh Abū Iyād did not call scholars “Bedouins.” - He never insulted the scholars' intelligence or piety. - He never criticized the Arabs as a race. - The entire attack is built upon misquotation, emotional manipulation, and deliberate distortion of historical commentary on medical policy adoption in Gulf countries. ❝ Indeed, the worst lie is to twist someone’s words in order to make him hated by the people of Sunnah.❞ We urge our brothers and sisters to return to fairness, verify before they judge, and not fall into partisanship. Sincerity demands that we uphold the honor of our scholars but also defend the innocent from slander. Differences in ijtihād should not lead to slander, character assassination, or disunity. We ask Allāh to unite the hearts of Ahl al-Sunnah upon the truth, to expose every false accuser, and to grant firmness to those who have been oppressed and slandered for merely clarifying facts and speaking with sincerity. Shaykh Arafat: والسلفي لا يتعصب، بل يرجع عن خطئه ويشكر من نصحه. ولكن لابد أن يكون النصح في محله وتصان للسلفي كرامته. "A Salafi is not partisan; rather, he retracts his mistake and thanks the one who advised him. However, the advice must be given appropriately, and the honor of the Salafi must be preserved." ? For by Allāh, what is done for the sake of Allāh will remain, and all your fabrications will vanish. May Allāh protect Ahl al-Sunnah from betrayal in their ranks, and may He expose every tongue of slander, no matter how it disguises itself as “advice” or “defense of the scholars.” We urge our brothers and sisters to return to fairness, verify before they judge, and not fall into partisanship. If Abu Iyaad had said that the scholars are not experts in the English language. Than this is not a belittlement of the scholar and it does not mean that every single scholar is ignorant of the English language neither does it mean that Abu Iyaad desires to topple the scholars.

Shaykh Fawwāz bin ʿAlī al-Madkhalī said: In a clear attempt to debase Shaykh Abū ʿIyāḍ and al-Maktabah al-Salafiyyah (Salafi Publications) in Britain, it became necessary for them to justify ʿArafāt’s oppression against Abū ʿIyāḍ and his declaring him an innovator without any rightful basis. Therefore, his fanatical followers in various countries were set loose to spread as many lies, fabrications, and deceptions as possible about Shaykh Abū ʿIyāḍ. This method was also used repeatedly by ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī against Shaykh ʿAlī al-Ḥudhayfī, Shaykh Nizār Hāshim, and others. ʿArafāt is a man of fitnah, fallen in the eyes of the Salafis, and whoever shows partisanship and fanaticism for him joins him—and there is no honor in that. Ever since his feet stepped into al-Madīnah al-Nabawiyyah, the daʿwah has been set ablaze with trials and tribulations, and division and deviation have occurred. The great scholar, al-Imām 'Abdur Rahmān as-Sa'dī, Allah have mercy upon him, mentions the benefits of mutual consultation (al-mushāwarah): 1. Implementing the commandments of Allah, and following a path that Allah loves, as Allah has described the believers as people of mutual consultation. The Messenger, sallallāhu 'alyhi wa sallam would consult his companions. 2. It brings about cohesion amongst the believers. 3. Ideas are clarified and intellects are nurtured. 4. It may be that the correct path is a collobarotation of 2 or 3 opinions. Correctness in an affair is not known until it is compared with the incorrect position by a sound intellect. 5. Mutual consultation nurtures love between the believers. Majmu'ah of the Shaykh v.26 p.120

The issue of ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī is now a clear dividing line between those who love the Salafī methodology and traverse upon it not just verbally, but practically, upon the just way of the senior scholars, in between extremism and neglect, and between those who have made the contemporary Salafī daʿwah to revolve around one or two personalities—loving, hating, uniting and separating for their sake, requiring Salafīs to enter their orbit of presumed authority with threats and intimidation. [Silence at Times of Need for Clarifying the Truth Is Concealing the Truth] Al-ʿAllāmah Rabīʿ ibn Hādī al-Madkhalī (d. 1447 AH) said: “It becomes clear by this that the demand made by many of the ṭullāb who ascribe themselves to the Sunnah for the scholars to clarify their stance is true and correct, if indeed such a demand exists, and it is not an error. The one who is truly mistaken is the one who deems them (i.e., those students) to be mistaken. The silence of the scholars at a time of need or necessity for clarifying the truth is from concealing the truth and from a major error that results in corruptions and tribulations, and in the splitting of the people into two factions or multiple factions, disputing and boycotting one another.” Source: Bayān mā fī Naṣīḥat Ibrāhīm al-Ruḥaylī min al-Khalal wa’l-Ikhlāl (pg. 63)

﷽ 🆕 ʿArafāt-Files ⛔️What we have been witnessing here for weeks from his henchmen is lie upon lie. ʿArafāt @Arafatbinhassan is attacking Shaykh Dr. Abū ʿIyāḍ @AbuIyaadSP in a brazen manner with lies. He constructs a collection of falsehoods and relies on the assumption that no one will ever question them or even begin to scrutinize them. Apparently, he considers his followers to be that naive. ✅The true Salafī, however, asks for evidence, because he has been تربيت (raised) upon demanding proofs and arguments. But over the years, you have not raised the brothers upon this foundation; rather, you have instilled in them a fanaticism toward certain individuals. Your mentor ʿArafāt @Arafatbinhassan has exposed himself in front of the entire dunyā. His moral deficiencies in integrity and honesty, as well as his lack of scholarly rigor in that he does not نقل (transmit) statements correctly, misquotes, takes statements out of context, and so on, are what have caused him to stand as a liar in the eyes of the world. This title and rank he has earned himself and has maintained over time. What his fanatical followers are now publicly continuing in his name only confirms exactly what we are mentioning here. They continue to fuel this fitnah and persist in shoving their constructed narrative in front of the Muslims until they blindly adopt it and thus win the brothers over to their side. Not to the truth, but to themselves. ⛔️Lies remain lies and do not become truth simply by being repeated again and again. People are measured by the truth and the evidence, not the other way around. It is not Islamic to hide behind personalities. One must raise the brothers upon proofs and teach them to always rely upon the truth and the religion of Allāh rather than positioning themselves behind individuals. For this is the religion of ALLĀH. ⛔️A liar remains a liar until he repents. The same pattern is always repeated. Personal insults and general statements are thrown out as smokescreens in order to avoid addressing the actual issue or to push it aside. The presented facts, the obvious distortions and lies, are consistently ignored. And how could they address them when only two options remain ?! Either one admits one’s own mistakes with sincerity and truthfulness and brings about reform, or one continues attempting to conceal one’s wrongdoing with distractions. To state it very clearly : You are not men and therefore not capable of admitting, repenting, and correcting yourselves. You have built for yourselves a world full of lies, intrigue, and deception, and in your perception, it must not collapse. Hear the clear message : It has already collapsed, for many brothers worldwide have come to clearly recognize the reality of your condition. The masks have long since fallen, and the game is over. Anyone with understanding realizes that your desperate diversion tactics serve only one purpose : to keep your fanatical, deluded, and blind followers satisfied. Your mentor and you, as his willing agents, have no interest in honesty, proper scholarly work, evidence, or sound argumentation. That is why there are no concrete answers when you are confronted with clear questions. Either no response is given at all, or general statements are thrown out as smokescreens to avoid answering. Your deluded followers may not recognize this, but understanding brothers are not deceived by such transparent tactics. It is part of the methodology of the Ḥizbiyyūn that they hide behind names and personalities, regardless of whether those personalities are upon the truth or not. Especially when the individual @Arafatbinhassan behind whom they hide is clearly not upon the truth, and the names of scholars are used to deceive the common people. ━━━━━༺✿༻━━━━━ Dār as-Sunnah — t.me/Dar_asSunnah

What Is the Definition of a Nāzilah and What Are Its Elements? “As for epidemics and new diseases, then they do not come under the nāzilah as defined, as they have occurred throughout history, but in a more general sense, they are a crisis, so they are a nāzilah in a more general sense. These types of events are addressed in an administrative and logistical manner, similar to calamities in general, such as a flood, or an earthquake, with the involvement of the relevant authorities. Throughout history, there have been plagues and epidemics, and physicians and specialists have differed with each other in how to treat the disease and the epidemic in general, however, no one censored or silenced physicians and specialists with the claim that these affairs are from the nawāzil which only rulers and scholars speak about. No one forced physicians or specialists to accept and operate upon a particular medical theory or school or condemned them for having their views. These are medical issues, and medicine is at minimum permissible, and recommended at best.” Read here: abuiyaad.com/a/nazilah
