Question - how easy is it to get your hands on a rentable e-scooter? Mates are literally handing over e-scooters to friends to ride in the towns & cities where trials are ongoing. When people say you have to have a provisional license to ride one, how do you know if they do?

@mobilitycat @Russellref On this train the wheelchair spaces in an overflow area, at back of first class. Suspect staff gave the person permission to dump even with that wheelchair space being reserved & luggage blocking aisle as well as space. They have now got rid of these trains on that route

Work just replaced the iffy platform lift I have to use to get in to the building. New one needs a key so I have to attract the attention of security staff and wait for them to find the key. They've actually made the building less accessible.

@mancunianmedic @Russellref @mobilitycat May be because I need a space not a seat it is easier, yes on some trains people stand in it. Sorry was that your feet?. But on trains who have fold down seats other passengers have sat trapping my legs. However moving this lot takes the biscuit to get to my reserved space,

@InvincibleWheel People will only work their normal hours and will not be picking up any overtime shifts. There aren’t enough staff to cover the railway in full as DfT won’t fund it so a lot of shifts are only filled through goodwill & overtime. Ppl won’t be picking up extra shifts on any dates.
