@Cathrinmachin Only having been at 3 deliveries and not done the real hard work, my advice is not to hang all your expectations on one course of events. So make a plan but be prepared to throw it out the window. Our pre natal classes were very focused on “natural” child births - didn’t happen.

Ladies who’ve gone through birthing and delivery, If you have any advice I’m all ears… what worked for you, what didn’t? Hearing your unique experiences and opinions is super helpful in forming my plan. 💕
