The Colorado Secretary of State isn't a whiz when it comes to geography. Five active-status Colorado voters (four of whom voted in 2024) have a ballot mailing address country incorrectly listed on the public Colorado voter roll as North Korea rather than South Korea. (How embarrassing for her!)

@geoffsakala U.S. citizens, even if they are permanently living abroad, are allowed to vote in Colorado elections if they have some (past) connection to a Colorado address.

@PhilForColorado Still not interested in reducing crime, are. you? Speaking as a CO consumer, high quality journalism no longer exists, there is no diversity in the media, it is too late to save any jobs in Colorado because the state is already "shot", and I don't subscribe to cable anyway.

One company controlling over half of Denver’s local TV market? Not on my watch. I’m suing to block this merger of Tegna and Nexstar because it means higher costs on cable bills, less quality journalism, & fewer diverse voices. I’ll always stand up & fight for CO consumers.

Do you realize how insane this is? There are 61 males competing on girls’ teams in a single county in Colorado. SIXTY ONE boys on girls’ teams in just one county.

‼️Bombshell!!! Just received 31 page report sent by US Dept of Ed to @JeffcoSchoolsCo . In case anyone thought there weren’t really 61 males playing on girls’ teams, here you go! I’ll share more from the report soon! They have until March 23rd to comply! @Riley_Gaines_ @JenniferSey

@PhilForColorado I notice that you never really boast about bringing violent crime rates back down to the levels that existed before you were elected. Are you just THAT obsessed with Trump that you've lost of sight of your responsibility to keep Coloradans safe?

I filed my 61st and 62nd lawsuits against the Trump admin. 1 - Stopping Sec. Wright from forcing a coal plant in Craig to stay open, making electricity more expensive & less reliable. 2 - Challenging an outrageous claim that climate change doesn’t endanger human health.

@ElixirofFreedom Exactly right - sos.state.co.us/pubs/elections… With automatic voter registration these days, a Colorado resident doesn't have to do anything to register to vote. I imagine that many feel the same way about unregistering to vote. Lazy is as lazy does.

@modonnell FWIW, there is some responsibility for those moving out of state to go to the SoS website and remove registration if they want integrity on the ballot. I removed my name from the voter registration role because I no longer choose to vote. I am not defending that woman but...

Colorado has one of the most poorly maintained voter rolls in the nation. Every election cycle, hundreds of thousands of mail-out ballots are needlessly sent to former residents because a certain Secretary of State is either unwilling or incapable of doing the job she was elected to do. By way of example, the couple that previously lived at this house behind the trees: a) filed a national permanent change of address form with the post office on 10/01/2024 indicating a new address in Arkansas (these forms are shared with the Colorado Secretary of State); b) the sale of their house in Colorado closed on 11/01/2024 (public record); c) the wife registered to vote in AR on 11/18/2024 and the husband registered to vote in AR on 11/26/2024 (public record); d) they own their new home (on five acres) at the address in AR that they moved to and registered to vote from (public record); e) the couple who bought their house in Colorado are both registered to vote in Colorado from that address (public record); F) YET the wife is still an active status voter in Colorado and will receive ballots this election cycle, and the husband ONLY became an inactive status voter because the CO ballot sent to him for the local 11/04/2025 election was returned undeliverable. What a joke the Colorado voter roll is, and what a huge waste of precious taxpayer funds and resources!

@ElixirofFreedom Colorado's revised statutes also require the county clerks to make a registered voter "inactive" (no more automatic ballots) when they receive notifications of permanent change of address forms from the post office, and then confirm the person has moved. If they know.

@modonnell it is up to the person who is registered to clear their name, update their address, or change of status on their own. It's not that hard and takes a couple of minutes to do.

@ForestMommy If someone files a permanent change of address form with the post office, this is supposedly provided to the SOS by ERIC, and she shares it with the county clerk (although she forgets a lot) who mark the individual as "inactive" (no more ballots) and confirms the move.

A lot of the problems seem to stem from people moving out of Colorado and records getting messed up on their part or the state. Wonder if so many people hadn't moved away if our voter rolls would be cleaner? They have taken advantage of those that left.

@Alexandriathink Correct. When you register in Colorado (or more correctly, when Colorado now registers you for you), you declare that your Colorado address is your primary residence, and the statutes say you may only have one primary residence.

The publicly available copy of the Colorado voter roll shows that during the 2026 election cycle, 3,573 residents will have their Colorado ballots mailed to addresses in California where they are "temporarily" staying while living, working or studying away from the state. Since 2016, Oprah Winfrey has had HER Colorado ballot mailed to the 70 acre estate that houses her primary U.S. residence, known as "Promised Land", located in Montecito, Santa Barbara.

@MarcellinaOT AI (no surprise) must not have access to the public Colorado voter roll ... her Colorado address is in Mountain Village, San Miguel county. She has been registered there since 01/08/2016 and is an unaffiliated voter. Her middle name is Gail.

@geoffsakala It is worth looking up all the places that Oprah owns land, if you are ever stuck in traffic on I-25 one day ... and NO, it is a federal offense to vote in the same federal election in two states. (I had someone check to make sure Oprah wasn't also voting in CA.)

@PitcherBil31319 @mrosazza @JenaGriswold Colorado's economy is on the ropes this year so you would THINK there would be some incentive to save money, but this politician. I hope the DOJ can force things but if not, the only solution is to vote someone into office who will clean things up before 2028.

Mike is doing really valuable work. He is systematically hunting down fake Colorado voters all over the World. He is to kind when he says the SoS isunwilling or incapable of fixing the voter rolls. The corrupted voter rolls are their secret sauce to systemic voter fraud in Democrat States. We think it happens at ERIC. The centralized Soros funded management system. They bring all the voters into one centralized system. Remove as many Republican voters as possible. Then send lists out NGOs for ballot harvesting in all the different States. It has been so successful that California built their own ERIC. They cheat other ways as well, but this one is relatively easy, low tech and needs no accomplices. Just NGOs that think they are helping with “Democracy.” #Copolitics

Startups employer firms less than one year old are a critical element of the economic well-being of the U.S. because the jobs they create each year more than offset the jobs annually lost by existing firms. From 1994 through 2020, the number of startups nationwide has increased each year other than immediately after the dot-com and ‘great’ recessions. However, the annual number of startups has now fallen three years in a row for the nation as a whole, with some states doing a better job than others promoting more positive conditions for new startups.
