Just imagine if the Inner City Rejuvenation Plan was not interrupted by dark forces, negotiating with the ANC for a MONC to remove me as mayor, the city would today be a modern city for all. The very dark forces today want to come to save the City of Johannesburg. I was called an EFF mayor because of my approach to provision of public services to all residents. Total madness.
