@DaveMinCA You haven't called for a ceasefire in an active genocide of Palestinians. You are one of the most disingenuous people in California politics.

Eid Mubarak! To my friends who celebrate, I hope you had a wonderful Ramadan, and that your fasts were easy and contemplative. I'm grateful to live alongside such a vibrant Muslim community, which makes us stronger and better.

@LolOverruled I don't think the government's concern is that a foreign country is using Tiktik to manipulate public opinion. The government's concern is that the US doesn't have the power to use Tiktik to manipulate public opinion. Preventing free speech is their concern.

@DaveMinCA @CA_Dem @katieporteroc @latimes It's even more disappointing to see your cowardice in voting down a ceasefire resolution at DPOC. Shame on you. @mohammed.w.aly/the-failure-of-dpoc-to-call-for-an-end-to-genocide-bb33af18bb6a" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@mohammed.w.al…

It's so disappointing to see Joanna Weiss run such a negative campaign. I am so proud to be trusted and endorsed by @CA_DEM, @katieporteroc, Police Officers, the @latimes and many others. Voters deserve better #CA47

@OCJPalestine @RepLouCorrea Every day that passes, the refusal to call for a bilateral ceasefire costs lives. Every day, it becomes more clear that you don't value human lives.

HEY OC, YOUR CONGRESSMAN @RepLouCorrea STILL HASN’T CALLED FOR A CEASEFIRE! 30,000 Palestinians have been KILLED. What do you have to say to him about that?

@kellynotbrecht Some legal aid groups help with incorporating as a nonprofit. OC has Public Law Center that does this. If you're in LA, LAFLA might help, but I'm not sure. I'm also a lawyer/homeless advocate, so let me know if I can help. lafla.org/get-help/nonpr…

As long as Congress unconditionally supports Israel, Netanyahu vows they will continue. If the most progressive Congressional representative of our county won't speak up right now for what is right, then none of our local Representatives will. If not KP, then who?

@Susan_Shelley So an unregulated finance industry had nothing to do with the economic recession? Are you the most uneducated and uninformed journalist in California, or is this performance art? I think you're like the Borat of journalists... You must be fucking with us.

The cause of economic stress in California is the blithering idiocy of state government policies. But Rep. Katie Porter would rather make a scapegoat out of JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. (Scapegoats are better for fundraising.) Sunday's column: ocregister.com/2019/07/20/sca…

@Susan_Shelley The settlement agreement in Jones doesn't stop other lawyers from citing Supreme Court Cases in similar lawsuits. There's no such thing as agreeing not to cite cases. How would that even be enforceable? That's not how the law fucking works. How is a newspaper paying you to write?

Bravo to the mayor of Boise, Idaho, for the city's decision to hire the awesome Ted Olson to appeal the homeless-encampment decision, Martin v. Boise, to the U.S. Supreme Court. This could save nine western states, California among them. Today's column: dailynews.com/2019/07/09/pro…

@Susan_Shelley "the Jones settlement stated that the case was not to be cited as a precedent." The Jones decision was vacated per the settlement agreement. That makes it persuasive authority, not binding authority. The Martin plaintiffs cited the SCOTUS decisions that Jones was based upon.

@Susan_Shelley "The firm says Olson has argued 63 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and prevailed in more than 75 percent of them." Yeah, except law is not fucking baseball. No case has ever been decided based upon a lawyer's win-loss ratio.

@Susan_Shelley Interestingly, "suffocating under a filthy, spreading blanket of disease and squalor" is the exact feeling I get reading your foul screed.
