Fresh allegations have emerged regarding an unauthorized construction at Beetaj Washing Center, 26/B, Nari Seva Sadan Road, Ghatkopar West, reportedly measuring around 2,000 sq. ft. The site is said to fall under the jurisdiction of AE Beldar. If this construction is illegal, why has it not been stopped? Has any inspection been carried out? Were stop-work notices issued? If the structure has valid approvals, the L Ward administration should place those permissions in the public domain. If not, the continued construction raises serious questions about enforcement and accountability. The Municipal Commissioner and the L Ward administration must immediately inspect the site, verify all records, halt any unauthorized work, and initiate a transparent inquiry into the role of the concerned officers.
