@SwiggyCares this is beyond disappointing. You sent me this in DM: ‘Refund of ₹245 + 2 coupons (₹145 + ₹48) added.’ That totals ₹438, but my order amount was ₹484. Why am I still short-changed? 2-hour delay, order cancelled without informing me now random coupons with T&Cs.

Timeline of Swiggy’s replies: • First DM: Refund = ₹245 • Added coupons = ₹145 + ₹48 • Total = ₹438 (still short) • Now new DM: Refund is actually ₹484 with an RRN. How can a company handling millions of payments be so confused about a single refund? This is negligence.
