@StuartDoney @ItsKieranDrew Agreed yeah that’s interesting that you brought this up. Literally just a few days ago I began forcing myself to hand write daily. Just random stuff. But I already feel my mental acuity come back. Our brains use much more compute while handwriting vs typing.

Also interacting with AI. Some people spend hours interacting with it and absorbing its synthetic text patterns. Synthetic text is essentially polluting our subconscious and impacting our writing style. I’ve started noticing more and more people sound like ChatGPT now in their writing, even if they didn’t explicitly use it. I’ve noticed this in myself. Now when I interact with LLM’s I specifically prompt them to reply in bullet points only. It helps sterilize the output.
