If you find something you like you can scale it up. Also fermentation will blast off a lot of the delicate flavours

Kveik Lager was tasted at last nights @garden_brewers meet and it was a hit - clean ferment, well attenuated and nice and dry, defo a game changer! Grain to glass in less than a week!! @HomebrewClubIrl @WHClab

@WHClab Starter going from an old Sanders pitch that didn't get used in date. Even after 6 months it's tearing away 24 hours later and ready to do the business in a hazy pale ale over the weekend.
