Financially they had it easier. Price to income ratio has doubled from 1980 to now. Boomers spent on average 23% of income on housing while Gen Z and millennials spend 29%. Literally all the data shows that boomers had it easier financially. It was still hard though. I’m not denying that

lol I have a degree in economics too. Have you looked up the data yet? What does Ben Shapiro say? Facts don’t care about your feelings? I’m not trying to argue because there is no argument. Yes millennials and Gen Z spend more money on stupid crap. But literally all the economic data shows that boomers had it easier. The key word is “easier” with the “ier” doing the heavy lifting. It was hard for boomers too. It’s just mathematically harder for millennials and Gen Z.
