A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion. @TrustDML Fishback is making a point. It should be results driven. You know how many attorneys tell unsuspecting people that they have case when they don’t. A ton of them do.

I’m a Floridian. There’s a bad era facing our great state. Nobody running for gov has 1/100 of DeSantis’ qualities. This post by Fishback stems from either the sort of inexperience that disqualifies him from leading, or it’s just a con’s rationale. Either way, I think everyone with basic knowledge understands that only personal injury cases are contingent (most times), all else is billable win or lose unless agreed upon differently in writing before engagement is launched. I just had a guy tell me JF played his last game of excuses. My take: if he’s not in big trouble (so many accusations out there), he’ll be a podcaster by year’s end. A successful one at that—so many stories to tell with razor sharp articulation. Frankly, I care less—I’m just panicked over the direction of our state. I wish Ron would work with state lawmakers to change our constitution so he can run a 3rd time.
