@TicketmasterUK @porticoquartet If I get tickets and on the way to the gig ticketmaster then tells me to change my password but they do not send me an email to do this. If you then try and phone tickemaster but get no answer who is liable if I miss the gig?

Left the house at 2pm to travel 47 miles for my youngest boys kick off at 4:15pm. Weather been horrific most of the day, fixture called off at 3:05pm as we’re 10 miles away. Whole squad full of kids and parents all in the same boat 😵‍💫
