Curtailed observations with @VeritasGammaRay last night. At least we have a spectacular reason! I was feeling envious of all the photos coming from Ireland and never expected we would see the #aurora from southern Arizona (31 N)!

Thrilled to see the always dynamic @astrogrant on @NBCNightlyNews tonight. @tomcostellonbc has a great segment explaining the severe G4 geomagnetic storm. Coronal mass ejections from the ☀️are headed our way, and we may get some beautiful auroras tonight as a result. 🤩
