@karldpeterson Maybe it is time to take a look into another insurance company, I would suggest @erie_insurance we are very pleased with our agent and their service.

Another clarification. I was told I could take my car to any garage. Because my car still has its factory warranty and has only been serviced at the dealership I took it there so I could receive factory parts and warranty approved work.

@Allstate has consistently over promised and under delivered on my car claim. My car was vandalized on Memorial Day. I filed the claim the next day. Brought it into the shop the day after that. And Apparently on June 7 they had all the info they needed to finalize my claim
