It destroyed all the magnificence of "Aliens" in the first five minutes. A lot of talented people were involved, but it, by my estimation, was a MASSIVE misstep.

The actor with the pool cue, the one Dalton eventually rips the throat out of, is named Marshal Teague. Initially he had his reservations about Swayze thinking he would phone the action in. He quickly realized Swayze was the real deal. They became best friends.

"Evil Dead 2" is fun, but "The Evil Dead" is far superior. "2" is essentially a remake of first, but with a bigger budget and more humor. The original just thundered in ways that either you get or you don't...and that's okay because it's all subjective :)

HOLY SHIT! The first one was a masterpiece! Amazingly, you could have extracted Godzilla from the movie and it still would have been an amazing film. BTW, thank God they didn't do that! :)

Love Hans Zimmer, but what he sees as a criticism of Affleck's Batman is why he IS my favorite. If you love Frank Miller's Batman then you love Affleck/ Snyder's Batman. Bale was great, but the older, grumpier Batman really works for me!
