@readwithmargins@paulwarren_ I got signed out of margins and it won’t let me sign back in! I really liked using the app and I’m super bummed. Help please!
@Kerryreyy@readwithmargins@paulwarren_ Ahhh I’ve got the same issue. Wanted to add a new book but can’t get on to the app on any device. Hopefully it’ll be back up and running soon. I absolutely love this app!
@PaulMargetts@kayheads@LEGO_Group It’s even more annoying that you can’t do anything to cancel the order because loads of other places have it in stock online for next day delivery. It’s really poor from Lego. Not what I expected at all. Definitely won’t be pre-ordering anything from them again.
@morleyjames89@kayheads@LEGO_Group Yeah I got that same email last night, ridiculous excuse to come out with. I won’t be doing anymore preorders from now on
@LEGO_Group pre ordered the new Mercedes f1 as soon as it was on your site gets to the release day and my order hasn’t even left your warehouse yet! Ridiculous
@kayheads@PaulMargetts@LEGO_Group That sucks, especially when you preorder! I Got an email from @LEGO_Group last night saying there’s been a high volume of orders so there’s a delay to sending it out. Surely a preorder has priority over orders from Friday onwards? Disappointing!
@kennydesign_ Thanks! I’m starting to learn a bit of design to go along with my programming and Figma seems to be the go to! I’ll watch some tutorials. Great design!!!
Day 17 of #100DaysOfCode
Was a bit of a slow one today, work was quite busy and I didn’t get much time to focus properly on learning but spent time refactoring some old code I’d written to make it more efficient and less complex
Day 16 of #100DaysOfCode chapter 4 of Eloquent JS is pretty heavy - Data Structures: Object and Arrays - lots to read and take in. I work with arrays but I only know basic functionality. This will definitely be useful but it’s a lot to take in. Exercises tomorrow I think!
Day 15 of #100DaysOfCode and I finished off the exercises from ch3 of Eloquent JS and started reading through ch4. I already know a decent amount of JS but this book really is as good as everyone says and I’ve already learnt tonnes in 3 chapters!
Day 14 of #100DaysOfCode, 2 weeks in today! This evening I read Chapter 3 of Eloquent JS and learnt about Arrow functions which I’ve previously hated and never understood. I still don’t like them much, but I think their relevance makes sense and I’ll probably love them soon!
And after finishing I’ve just checked the “hints” and according to those I absolutely nailed it 🙌🏼🙌🏼 proud on day 13 that I’ve definitely learnt some new skills and maybe I know more programming than I give myself credit for!
Day 13 of #100DaysOfCode and I’ve used some of my current JavaScript knowledge, plus some bits I’ve learnt from Eloquent JavaScript to complete the chessboard challenge from ch2 of EJS and managed to do the extra part of specifying a board size and getting the relevant output 🙌🏼
Days 11 & 12 of #100DaysOfCode
I couldn’t do a tonne yesterday as my laptop was running processes for work but I did read some more of Eloquent JavaScript and today I went back and done the exercises from chapter 2. The FizzBuzz challenge was fun and I got it first time!
