Trying Chick-fil-A at the Glenn Beck studios today and I’ve got to be honest - it’s no Nando’s. 🇬🇧 My son said it was "disrespectful" to even compare the two, and after trying it, I think he’s right. It’s decent, but it doesn’t touch a proper grilled chicken from back home. 6/10 at best. Americans, you need to get to the UK for a real feed!

@exRAF_Al I had one for my first car, so they will always hold a special ( if not rose tinted) place for me. Mine was far from perfect, but it was my first taste at freedom on the road. I'd love another, just for nostalgia but prices and rarity say otherwise.

I can’t begin to describe or justify it, and the emotion is intangible and illogical, but this particular car tugs at my heart strings like no other. It’s far from being the best car, but that’s just how it is. If you’re a car guy, you’ll understand.

Normally, Cadbury's chocolate is full-price just before Easter. Every shop I've been in, it has been discounted by 20 to 50% for the Mini Eggs range. I tried a small bar, and the taste has completely changed. It's tasteless & oily. What happened to Cadbury?

Obviously awful for anyone potentially losing their job but I’ve had a fair few run ins with NCP over the years, some I’ve won and some I’ve given in and paid the fines. Mainly at London Gatwick as it felt like they had a Vendetta with 8 Passenger Sprinter at the South Terminal on several occasions. Horrendous company to deal with. Interested to see what happens to the car parks they oversee though 🤔

@MattTakeThree I work in an office as parts manager for a forklift company. 90% desk job 10% dealing with parts/ checking stuff in workshop, so always dark clothes. Mainly black jeans, navy company polo and sweatshirt in winter. I do go for thinner trousers in summer.

@FrankBr05713205 Been there got the T shirt. It's appallingly paid for the level of skill and investment in tools and equipment required to do the job. Its a thankless unappreciated job. Everyone looks down on you as an oily rag, but most wouldnt have a clue how to do your job.

Automotive Technicians are underpaid and under appreciated today. I am curious to who agrees and disagrees with that statement.
