I don’t really whine much about yellow since I do think they’re a significant part of any One Piece meta. But when I drive 488 kilometers to attend a GAO qualifier, only to exit round 1 facing a 13 life Boa, it just fucking sucks 🥹 @STFK_PH

@kyotcg I also played my first locals with Nami yesterday and went 4–0. I noticed a lot of important micro-decisions during the games, especially in the late game, like which big boss to use, or making other plays to leave one DON!! attached to the leader. It’s not as simple as it seems.

Played my first locals tonight using UY Nami and I got absolutely dog walked, ended up going 2-3 Was a bit of a reality check that the decks not just “heal and pass”. My fundamentals knowledge could use some work thou!

Everyone who says pair ban secretly plays yellow and knows borsa is a problem card Only answer that makes sense is only able to play borsalino in Vega or ban Ban is easier

Definitely playing a lot more sim ive realized I perform way better when playing infinite ranked also playing a lot of scrims with great players basically just Put in a lot of time playing and learning niche spots etc is what I found has worked for me but know not to play too much XD don’t burn yourself out

At the start of last year, I seriously considered quitting OP after struggling with my results, never breaking Top 8 and falling short in Top 32 at Nationals. I decided to keep playing anyway, and it paid off. 2025 was an insane year I finished Top 16 7 times, earned 2 Top 8s (including a Top 4), and shortly after secured my first regional win. Ending the year ranked #1 in North America is also unreal feeling. I just wanted to make this post to say thank you to all my friends and everyone who supported me along the way and I’m motivated to do even better and lock in my spot at Worlds in the New year! 🥳🐒
