@John_Kavanagh @IrishTimesOpEd I’d probably use the phrase toxic overconfidence to describe this generation of Irish politicians who are permanently altering the demographics of the country without a care in the world as to the long-term effects.

@StellaSin_ @fatima_gunning They are all men. The question you need to ask yourself: why are you trying so hard to brush the crimes white men commit under the carpet?

@RedPillMediaX There is way more to The Sandman than one scene. Don’t be so desperate to get offended that you miss how beautiful, layered, and well-written the story actually is. #TheSandman

@GarethNotGarth Hyper Leftism and chronic anti Americanism are just new forms of religion for a post religion Irish society. They believe they have absolute truth, will accept no evidence to the contrary and assume anyone who dissents is evil. Sound familiar?

RTE finally reports on Iranian executions. The replies aren’t happy about it. We have a cesspool of these people in Ireland but are constantly warned about the “far right”.

Manorhamilton last night! The Irish Government don’t want to help the People of Ireland, they are standing by and watching small business owners, and hardworking tax payers struggle and many will go under. They were able to find billions during 2020 for “pandemic” and in 2022 they threw billions of euro to house hundreds of thousands of undocumented men to come to Ireland to live, but now we the people are struggling to heat our homes, fuel our cars and put food on our tables and they whinge and give us €230 million in cuts!!! It’s not good enough, we need to take a stand, we need to get behind the protesters and support them.

Trump, who I advocated for in 2024, has gone full "mad king." In considering my responsibility, I'd ask you to remember: The case I made rested on the fact that Biden/Harris were figureheads, shielding a cabal that couldn't be held to account, whereas Trump could. And we must.

After 9/11 I had European friends confused that we would spend time, money and effort digging up the bodies at Ground Zero. What's the point, they said. But it's what Americans (and, ahem, Israelis) do. We love life, we care about our dead, and we don't leave anyone behind.

In 1987 Ray Bourke, the corrupt Fianna Fáil minister sold out the entire nation of Irish people. He gave away all our natural resources. The net effect is that big oil companies: • Owns 100% of the oil and gas they find under Irish waters; • pay no royalties to the Irish State; • can write off 100% of their costs to tax; • profits taxed at 25% (international average is 68% ); • can export it outside Ireland; • can choose whether or not to sell the gas back to Bord Gáis at full market rates. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse outcome. We need leaders who actually love Ireland and will get our oil back. New terms will be agreed. Éire 2040: The Atlantic Republic 🇮🇪

@danobrien20 'Trump Administration', about which Irish voters can do nothing, is higher than 'Healthcare' for which Irish government is directly responsible! Our media's obsession with Trump is poisoning people's minds and deflecting from real issues. Irish voters deserve Martin and Harris!

Today's Ireland Thinks poll shows *Inflation concerns have soared, overtaking housing as voters' main worry. *Immigration remains in third. *The economy has overtaken health for the first time in ages. *Tariffs and a united Ireland have dropped out as concerns, with no mentions.

@John_Kavanagh The Irish system enables the Irish pathological fear of making a clear decision. If we could only cast a single vote in a general election and it had to be for a political party rather than some local gombeen this country would change fast.

Can someone explain the disconnect between what the Irish are concerned about and who they'll vote for? The parties least interested in solving the cause of the main problems are the most popular?? I think the Irish system is too complicated for a small country.

The IRA killed Jean McConville, a mother of ten, because she comforted a wounded British soldier outside her home. Her ten children were split up and put into care. They spent 31 years not knowing where she was. Her body was eventually found on a beach in 2003 — after the IRA finally gave up its location. Of course they don't care about women.

Irish republicans unite around two ideas: - Terrorist bombing of people in pubs, shops, restaurants and hotels is fine. - Men are ladies and should get into ladies toilets. Women's consent is not important.

@robggill Skin colours not a bad indicator but I do like that the open borders enthusiasts have to resort to a not-one-drop back to the 1600s defintion of ethnicity to try to have a point. Just shows how futile their efforts are

Eamon DeValera, born in New York, was of Spanish extraction. Sean Lemass of French Hugenot descent. Not many people can pass the Irish purity test the gatekeepers of Irishness insist upon. But we all know they are referring to skin colour.

@Leftwingbadges Perhaps the left wing british soccerball team spastic can explain how someone who was born in one part of a country becomes a migrant by moving to another part of it? Unless of course, Ireland was not a part of the UK back then.
