@tony_calvin Cheers, not implying its being dodged. That’s fair enough but it should work both ways in that case. If I added a zero to the end of a stake in error, 1000 not 100, could I say it was obvious I didn’t want 1k? Facts are straight forward, a bet was placed at 25/1 then voided

@moyhree Not dodging issue, hence answering now, but impossible to comment without knowing the actual circumstances. If they have transposed prices, and it is obvious, then using palpable error is often justified.

@tony_calvin Spoke with them for a couple of hours on in TC. Just want the panel’s opinion on this issue if possible. Feel a bit vulnerable when a successfully placed bet can be voided

@moyhree Difficult to answer without knowing ins and outs, but speak to them if you are not happy. Palpables are part and parcel of betting though, and necessary in the main for obvious errors

If I put a bet on and I picked a different horse in error would I be be given the opportunity to change the bet once it was successfully placed? I highlighted this issue yesterday evening and the “obvious error” is still up on the App. So I have no bet?
