Today , when I called again , they said that the policy is not issued yet. It's been almost 1 month after completing renewal. Very bad experience and service. Not able to use policy benefits.

@TATAAIGIndia Hello, I have renewed existing health policy in Jan 2025. I got the policy document and healthcards. But the policy is showing up in your website or in the app. I have been following up with your coustomer care for last 10days. No proper response from them.
