The hot and humid climate could help some ⚽🌍 CAF teams as they're far more accustomed to that

@sk_football1907 It's based on an Elo system, with extra weight on recent results and opponent strength. Still not perfect though. I'm still working on improving it by adding more factors so these ratings aren't final yet
