BREAKING: RCMP have officially charged 18-year-old Jimmy Gassner of Lloydminster with second-degree murder in connection with the March 14 shooting on the Queen Elizabeth II Highway.  Gassner was arrested on Saturday in Canoe Lake, Saskatchewan, and is being transported back to Alberta to face court proceedings.
