@CoachTatum90 When I was a coach, I was frustrated with lack of admin support. I had all the money I needed in fundraising and our program was rising. When I became an admin, I asked my coaches to define what “support” looked like to them and how it fit in our vision for athletics.

Every HC will tell you the key to a good job is supportive Admin. So why would an Admin team choose to not support the coaches that they hired? Outside of losing, not being a good coach/person, one of the highest factors for coaches to be fired/resign is “Admin wasn’t supportive”

NEW: California Governor Gavin Newsom is currently cleaning up a homeless encampment in Mission Hills. The physical labor from Newsom comes just 2 weeks after he issued an executive order, demanding that state officials tear down homeless camps. Newsom, who appears to be fed up with how slow LA county is moving on the project, decided to put the gloves on himself.
