The Dead Zone could improve your weekend. Based on a novel by @StephenKing, after coming out of a coma, Christopher Walken is basically given psychic vision. It’s an incredibly entertaining story that gives way to an awesome Walken performance- same goes for Martin Sheen. See it!

Of the four, I think the quasi-literate are my least favorite. They don't even fall into the pancake-waffles category. They are quite literally people who cannot follow a statement that has more than two sentences.

Every once in a while one of my posts gets attention, and I am reminded that a large percentage of the accounts on here are bots, paid shills, the mentally unwell, or people who are, at best, quasi-literate.

Who’s your favourite artist that went solo after being in a band?

Denis Villeneuve spent his 20's making no budget films and the occasional music video. And in 30's, after getting the chance to finally direct a pair of feature films, they still didn't give him the success, or come out the way he hoped for. So he took a near decade long break from film to raise his family and considered to quit filmmaking entirely, but despite being in his 40's he decided to give it another shot after watching a play, which he then adapated & directed and turned into Incendies which earned him an Academy Award in 2011, and put him on the map. He then went onto make Enemy, Prisoners, Sicario, Arrival, Blade Runner 2049 and at 58 years old is now set to wrap him his epic Dune trilogy. Truly one of the more inspiring and beautiful stories in Hollywood, never give up on your dreams.
