@mrdrewlong We work diligently to limit the amount of downtime for our customers. Our normal maintenance window is between 12 AM-8 AM. @CoxHelp An idea to facilitate more efficient and timely communication around planned outages would be a text notification system. Customers could opt in to these notifications. You're a tech company in 2022 that relies on snail mail, email, and door hangers (never got mine).
