This video proves I did nothing wrong. The incident report fabricated a story that never happened - attributing quotes to a gate agent who never spoke to me and whom I never spoke to. This isn’t a misunderstanding. This is a lie that damaged my very good, honest, trustworthy, hard-working reputation. I was on a conference call as I walked to the gate, scanned my ticket, and boarded. No confrontation. No exchange. Not even discernible eye contact.
