This is a very important point that has formed a central part of Peggie’s case. Walking out on a patient in resus is extremely serious. If this happened and Dr Upton waited months before reporting it, that is extraordinary. There is no corroboration of this accusation.

Hey @wesstreeting. If a transphobic nurse walks out of a resuscitation room every time a transgender doctor is present, that is clearly a risk to the patient, in the same way it would be if a racist walked out when a POC doctor entered. Beliefs, protected. Actions, not.
