@British_Airways If someone would answer the phone to her I wouldn't need to do this. Some people don't like or have had problems on social media. A simple phone call would probably resolve this. Forcing people to rely on social media is not the answer.

@British_Airways I may have replied on a different comment. My apologies. My Fiancée is currently trying to contact you. She is not on twitter either. I am try to be an intermediary. We are trying to understand how a BA ISSUED BOOKING REFERENCE cannot be recognised by BA. It's ludicrous.

@British_Airways This is the email she recieved this morning, complete with booking reference. A flight from Houston to Glasgow via Heathrow on March 26 2020. She booked the flight and BA issue the booking reference. How can it possibly not be recognised????

@AstrosFansUK Very bad day at the office but there were a few 'outside' considerations yesterday. I am kinda surprised the game was played. Huge storms all around Houston with vast areas underwater. Some homes and businesses still trying to rebuild after Harvey don't need anymore water.

Yikes, what a disaster of a game that was. Questions will naturally start being asked of McHugh after that. Worrying for Altuve to go 0-4 as well. Not sure there are any bright spots from this one. Forget about it and start afresh tomorrow to win the series. #Astros
