RAW MILK - an anti-inflammatory, gut healing, immune supportive superfood: There are so many components in raw milk that mature the immune system and have antimicrobial properties. The problem is that when we heat and homogenize it, these components don’t survive. It is specifically designed to feed animals with weak immune systems, which is why, despite having bacteria, infections from it are exceptionally rare. Bottle fed babies have higher rates of: • Intestinal inflammation • IBDs • Celiac disease • Autoimmune disease • Cancers • Infections • Metabolic syndrome + lower intelligence scores. You cannot replace real milk. But that’s what we have done. Consumption of unpasteurized milk has shown to reduce risk of: • Asthma • Allergic rhinitis • Eczema By 30-50%. Raw milk also massively reduces risk of infectious disease symptoms in other studies. • Runny/stuffy nose by ~30% • Fever ~30% • Respiratory tract infection by ~20% • Ear infection by over 80% Raw milk is particularly beneficial for the gut. Components like: • Lactoferrin • Angiogen • Osteopontin • Colostrum protein • Raw milk fat ALL have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, improving experimental colitis. Immunoglobulins, another protein destroyed with heat and homogenization, have been shown to benefit: • Frequent bowel movements • Diarrhea • Stool consistency • Gut symptoms By binding pathogenic microbes and halting subsequent inflammation. Raw milk components can recover the gut after heavy antibiotic use in experiments. Many people get their gut destroyed from hefty antibiotic use, but immunoglobulin A in raw milk can alleviate dysbiosis by binding pathogenic bacteria. Lysozyme is an antibacterial enzyme in raw milk that the immune system employs to maintain the digestive environment. TGF-β is a cytokine found in raw milk that promotes the migration of cells to a cite of injury, particularly important for healing the gut. Giving TGF-β to people has been shown to improve gut inflammation. Disrupting the structure of milk through homogenization breaks up milk fat globule membranes, which: • Dampen inflammation • Improve cognition • Enhance delivery of beneficial bacteria another way raw milk uniquely creates health. Lactoferrin is an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial "miracle molecule" found in milk. It has shown benefit in inflammatory gut conditions and can be supplemented (post below here), but it is mainly in raw milk. Given all of these incredible compounds, it's no surprise that when we feed children synthetic milk formula they develop inflammatory gut diseases like UC or Crohn's at nearly twice the rate, compared to native raw milk. Raw milk components also eliminate are great for the teeth, eliminating dental plaques. A combination of compounds found in raw milk: • Lactoperoxidase • Lactoferrin • Immunoglobulins Have strong antibacterial and immune supportive properties, that prevent: • Plaque accumulation • Gum inflammation • Bad breath Lactoferrin & immunoglobulins have also been demonstrated to: ⬩Reduce cold occurrence by over half ⬩Improve cold symptoms ⬩Reduce total sick days Supplementing the globule fat membranes in raw milk actually lowers insulin and markers of inflammation in response to an unhealthy meal. I am NOT saying that pasteurized milk is BAD. Many people seem to actually digest it better. It is still superior to the vast, vast majority of foods you will find at the grocery store. However, it is NOT simply raw milk without bacteria. It loses a lot of good stuff!

Literally anyone with a single provable ancestor who was a citizen or ever lived in Canada before 1867 can *automatically* get citizenship. And sponsor spouses/kids. If they are a senior, no waiting period or Medicare retirement for govt health care or old age support. - Kevin A Bryant, Assoc. Prof. of Strategy, U Toronto Rotman | Chief Economist, CDL Toronto

Bill C-3 says any person abroad who can trace their lineage back to a Cdn-born ancestor may now technically be a citizen. Some estimates suggest as many as 3M Americans alone could claim Canadian citizenship. Early data from 2026 shows a massive surge in interest. Vital records requests in some provinces, like Quebec, reportedly jumped by 3,000% in January 2026 vs Jan 2025

Gross Misinformation In their Spring Economic Update the Liberals are bragging about 15 “major projects” — $125 billion in investment and 60,000+ jobs. Reality: Not a single one has been approved. They’ve only been “referred” to the Major Projects Office. None are subject to the two-year review timeline. Likely yrs away from even starting the approval process.

Shocking Stat of the Week It takes the entire federal income tax paid by 8.39 million average Cdn taxpayers — each paying median amount of $7,000 — just to cover the $59 billion in interest on the federal debt for this year (2025-26). That’s roughly 40% of all Canadians who actually pay federal income tax… simply to service the debt. Not to build roads, healthcare, or defence — just to pay interest.
MikesMoneyTalks.ca@moneytalkstweet

Income tax deadline is Thursday For individuals filing after April 30, CRA imposes a late-filing penalty of 5% of the 2025 balance owing, plus 1% for each full month the return is late (up to 12 months). PLUS Interest is charged on unpaid amounts, compounded daily at 7%. Note: self-employed individuals form is not due till June 15, but any money owed starts accruing interest from May 1. TIP: Even if you cannot pay the full amount immediately, you can avoid the 5% late-filing penalty by filing your return on time. #taxes

People must appreciate that the 1980 National Energy Program was established as a result of the 1979 oil crisis that led to the federal government redistributing Alberta's windfall oil profits through new taxes. It led to a national unity and constitutional crisis, and eventually the new 1982 Constitution with the "resource amendment" s.92A that affirmed the provinces' exclusive jurisdiction over non-renewable resources. The Carney government is giving just enough information to make every Albertan fear that this is what the Sovereign Wealth Fund is really about: an NEP 2.0. I guess we will know tomorrow if those fears are justified.
Heather Exner-Pirot@ExnerPirot

OK I am panicking now “Where there is at the heart of all these projects, including resources, provincial jurisdiction; where the federal government is catalyzing, helping to make the project happen through a tax or other incentive - regulatory support - and at the core there is a commercial business making a profit, it is fair, right, just, smart for Canadians to have a share directly in those profits.”

Dear Leader @MarkJCarney has decided to assume complete and rightful control over all 26 committees of the Supreme People’s Parliament. There will be no more childish and divisive “partisan games” that harm the unity of our motherland, declared respected Government House Leader @stevenmackinnon. This revolutionary measure will firmly put an end to all so-called “ethics investigations,” illegal subpoenas, & any futile attempts to harass or question loyal comrades and witnesses who serve the Party and the people with unwavering devotion. Long live the Liberal Party of Canada!
Holly Doan@hollyanndoan

Cabinet will take majority control of all 26 Commons committees and no longer “play silly partisan games,” says Gov’t House Leader @stevenmackinnon. Move quashes all #ethics investigations, subpoenas and questioning of reluctant witnesses. blacklocks.ca/feds-to-quash-… #cdnpoli

No kidding, Sherlock. Giving BC and Quebec veto over pipelines along with costly conditions like the Pathways Alliance carbon capture and storage project in northern Alberta with a deadweight cost of $16.5B to $20B lowers the probability of a new pipeline to near zero. PM Carney knows this - the rest is a charade.

Here’s my issue. If you were crossing the floor as an honest person, you’d layout your reasons, and act with humility that this is controversial, and try to get as much public support as possible and try to justify your decision. What we’re seeing is a political class making jokes about it, making light of it, and not taking concerns for Canadians about this seriously. Even if you think it’s legitimate to cross the floor, surely, you cannot defend the poor decorum these individuals are showing. Then, I see the people speculating as to why there’s so many, and some raising questions about incentives being offered, pressure being put on, and back room deals being made. The public absolutely has a right, and perhaps a duty to speculate when our concerns are not being treated with respect and being answered candidly. If the goal, is to achieve a majority government, which it obviously is, then they are doing so by trying to avoid going to the constituents to seek that mandate. If 10 MPs are considering crossing, then we should just do an election. I think this is indefensible at this stage. As a First Nations Chief, I seek the mandate from my people, and for those who don’t like the decision our leadership makes, I seek to address their concerns. I am not seeing that response from this government, and for that I am extremely disappointed and concerned.

WATCH MP Chris d'Entremont says he's unsure whether to describe himself as a "recovering Conservative" or someone who was a Liberal all along. The three-time Conservative MP is among several MPs to cross the floor in recent months.

I’m guessing the Liberals never read Marylin Gladu’s book Globe Trot. Lots of more interesting things in this book beyond talking about out meeting a “burly black man” with really white teeth. She also talks about Jewish names, drinking and driving, Thailand and more.

#REPORT: 120,000 Canadians moved to a foreign country in 2025, with 55% of them being "mid-career professionals in peak-earning years." The data also shows that doctors, engineers and scientists are leaving Canada at DOUBLE the rate of low-skilled workers.

Fundamentals continue their local strength which opens the door to mid-80s, which is the cost basis of short term holders. Futures markets have been powering this move, these are shorter term buyers. This type of liquidity has draw backs, including whipsaw price movements to hunt liquidations. Beware this will be a bull trap, the bottom structure has not formed yet. From the liquidity picture I'm looking at we are around 1/3 of the way through the bear market.
Willy Woo@willywoo

Despite a local rejection of mid-70s, investor flows have been in consistent recovery since mid-Feb. Meanwhile expected volatility (VIX) on equities is hinting for a switch to "risk on" in coming weeks. BTC sold off WAY TOO FAST in this early bear market and current conditions are setting up to test mid-80s which is the cost basis of short term investors. This is NOT me saying the bottom is in. BTC is solidly in the middle of its bear market through a lens of long range liquidity. Typically, after fast downward flushes like we have had BTC likes to go sideways and mount a rally where resistance is tested. Bull trap forming.

Claiming any government's record can be meaningfully summarized w/o mentioning a single key financial/economic statistic—such as the $78 billion deficit, net federal debt-to-GDP climbing to 43%, real GDP growth of just 1.7%, or youth unemployment exceeding 14%—reveals an extreme level of superficiality.
