I will say, I forgot how much a Round of 32 loss is supposed to hurt. With Mike White, it was just another date on the calendar. Like, “oh, we’re a _ seed, playing in this location… cool, it’s a Friday-Sunday location, so our season ends on Sunday.” Todd Golden has returned us to a point where a Round of 32 loss shocks and stings. That’s a good place to be. It means we have genuine reason and belief that we should be aiming higher… because we’ve been to those higher places. I fully trust Golden to get us back on top.
