@RetroMoviesDB Lived Nextdoor to this building years ago. Brickell Ave. My building was a 1960s two-story stucco apartment building. Rent was $1000 for a two bedroom end unit with a 180 degree view of Biscayne Bay. $50 a month extra to have a parking spot in the garage under the building…

FORZA HORIZON 6 LEAKED 10 DAYS EARLY AND MICROSOFT IS TO BLAME
Someone forgot to encrypt the preload on Steam.
The full game - all 155GB - is now freely available on piracy sites before a single paying customer has touched it.
-> The leak happened because files were uploaded to Steam completely unencrypted
-> 155GB of assets, cars, map data - everything is out there right now
-> This is the SECOND time this year a AAA game leaked this way (Death Stranding 2 in March)
-> FH6 doesn't release until May 19 - pirates have a 10-day head start on buyers
Valve or Microsoft need to explain how this keeps happening.

@LpoolCityRegion What about all the empty office buidings already in liverpool before you build more
English

Exciting new images have revealed what the proposed £1.2 billion Kings development in Liverpool could look like.
The landmark plans for the site just north of the city centre and near to the waterfront would see ten buildings created, including a 70-storey tower, which would be the city’s tallest building.
Once completed, the area would benefit from 2,750 homes as well as 400 hotel rooms, 150,000 sq ft of offices and 160,000 sq ft for retail and leisure.
Pictures show how the new neighbourhood could look including a central plaza and a winter garden. A planning application for the scheme is due later in the year.
