Exciting new images have revealed what the proposed £1.2 billion Kings development in Liverpool could look like. The landmark plans for the site just north of the city centre and near to the waterfront would see ten buildings created, including a 70-storey tower, which would be the city’s tallest building. Once completed, the area would benefit from 2,750 homes as well as 400 hotel rooms, 150,000 sq ft of offices and 160,000 sq ft for retail and leisure. Pictures show how the new neighbourhood could look including a central plaza and a winter garden. A planning application for the scheme is due later in the year.
