I'm sure that AI can do this work faster and cheaper than a human being, but can it do it better? I doubt it. If there was some mathematical or data-driven formula that could guarantee a surefire hit we would have found it already and no movie would ever lose money

@andreaberting An elevator pitch isn’t enough; you also need pitches for stairwells, hallways, closets, and parking areas (side note: outdoor lot pitch does NOT work inside garages). If you’ve not prepped a pitch for every spatial possibility, you don’t want it bad enough.

I had literally just looked up where I could watch it now this weekend and then saw this sad news. Definitely a film that was overlooked, in hindsight you could argue it was the 90’s Mean Streets.

So customers at my work often feel compelled to tell me I look like Adam Driver. I’m always happy to play along. Once I told someone I was.
But today -
This woman walks in and the first thing she says is “has anyone ever told you that you could be an Adam Driver impersonator.” And I was like actually I’m an actor/filmmaker in my own right. And she PRESSES ON and says “but you could do kids parties” I told her I wasn’t that desperate and she persisted.
This one really annoyed me.
