@scrypto_@ratwell0x Eating less often is not a problem. The practice of 16/8 intermittent fasting doesn't screw up your metabolism, it actually has many benefits. Eating frequent small meals (especially fruits) is not optimal because you will have spikes in energy throughout the day.
@ratwell0x If you eat too little, your body will hold onto everything, thinking it will be needing it later. Might lose weight but will screw your metabolism. Also messes w your metabolic hormones. eat frequent small meals, can be fruit/veggies
