No one from @CA_EDD has ever called. I have been hung up on when asked to speak to a supervisor or my call has been disconnected after waiting 3 hours when someone has transferred me. So yeah, asking people to look for work when you can absolutely not do YOUR

I find it funny @CA_EDD is requiring people to look for a job when their handling of the pandemic has like an 11% success rate. I have been waiting for 4 months to get my last 2 UI checks. I had to renew the day after I certified and my certification

I have been on hold with @CA_EDD for over 3 hours. Not even waiting to speak to a supervisor because they don't work weekends but just to talk to a specialist. Did you know their hold music loops every 7 minutes?

@CA_EDD I finally got to talk to a representative and I had asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on. If I did my job this poorly, I would have been fired. #itsbeen16months

@CA_EDD I re-filed because my benefit year ended 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting to be paid. You customer service number is useless as there is no way to talk to anyone. This needs to be fixed now!
