How dare advertisers not advertise on this amazing platform? These brands better up their ad budgets right away, or I will sue. Sitting on my ass and tweeting all day may look like an easy job, but it’s not. If not for this boycott X would be paying creators more and I would be able to buy more $TSLA shares. My crack team of lawyers is investigating every avenue we have to fight this, including taking it to the Supreme Court. We may be able to have the advertisers criminally charged for perjury and plagarism.

@TheKitchenPB Huge problem. I love pickle-ball, absolutely don’t want a court even close to my house. If you are not playing, the sound is obnoxious.

@susanferrechio @WashTimes At what point does decreased performance cause us to do more prewash, thus negating any benefit. Would rather they evaluate performance vs energy/water usage and grading so we can stop prewashing dishes, more total savings

@mschuler_chi How exactly would you recommend I use the free market to get a better rate when ComEd is the only electrical provider in my city? Inb4 just move.

@HoffHouse @BrachyDonger @ComEd There are times when electricity prices are negative due to spare capacity. There is a rate cap, all residential customers are on flat rate unless they opt in to variable pricing…this is how free market works!

@BrachyDonger @ComEd Agreed! What the happened? Something go down to warrant these prices? As a public utility, Customers of variable pricing shouldn’t be on the hook for spikes like this (never seen a credit for spare capacity of this magnitude) There should be a rate cap, even on variable pricing.

@brad_polumbo The principle here is so simple. Person comes into your art studio to buy a painting you’ve made that’s listed for sale? Can’t decline based on race/sexuality/gender etc. Person asks you to paint something new? You have full control of what you are willing to make.

@brad_polumbo I don’t understand why government should interfere with an individual making choices about one’s own body, unless that person is under 18…

@brad_polumbo Don’t think government should ban abortion, but agree with this take. Also, make birth control free for men as well (and make it a a thing!). It would likely pay for itself a few times over…

@AdamKinzinger Our military’s hands are not so clean of killing innocent civilians either…I wouldn’t agree with someone celebrating our dead. We should be better than this, you’re a sitting Congressman!! You have lead by example honorably on most everything else. Pls reconsider.

@aconneen I wish I were back in class to debate this very issue, can Roe itself AND overturning Roe both be considered judicial activism? Then there is Roberts seeming trying to uphold Miss. w/o overturning Roe…it’s all JA no? Fascinating time…

APUSGov Topic 2.11: Political discussion about the Supreme Court’s power is illustrated by the ongoing debate over judicial activism versus judicial restraint. How would overturning Roe to uphold the Mississippi law in Dobbs be classified?

@Waxler81 It’s basically income based repayment. Lower income, lower payments. Also, you know exactly how long you will be paying. You don’t have to worry about being unable to discharge in bankruptcy…It’s not a good option for everyone, but for some, it may. usnews.com/education/best…

@mschuler_chi What about going into non-profit or government work makes an ISA more appealing?

Any #apgov teachers looking for a current scenario that will also help students be more financially aware of college funding programs may find this article interesting. These ISAs are now the subject of a Dept of Ed probe. I had never heard of them. finance.yahoo.com/news/purdue-in…

@lipsticklibre @KamalaHarris It certainly ISN'T an achievement, but not 4 the reason U think. The Fed deficit is our asset. It's an acctg reference -not a problem 2 B solved. It's the $ in your wallet & bank acc't. Are U sure U want 2 reduce that? Where Congress spends & who gets taxed R the important ?s.
