In Dubai on IX196. Flying for 35 years, worst experience ever. Scheduled departure at 19:55, left the bay and returned due to technical issues. Now been at the bay ~3hrs. Plane full. Captain refuses to communicate. Safety first always but this is disgraceful @PMOIndia @airindia
