On a tour of the Iceland Ocean Cluster in Reykjavik yesterday, former head of fisheries & aquaculture at FAO, Árni Mathieson, extolled the virtues of the sustainable blue economy. Memorably, he said, “Fishing is the right thing to do, you just have to do it right.”
