The fact that customer service or the ceo doesn’t respond says a lot about what they think about us customers.

@mskhoshx @SamirKamani @boohoo @BBCWatchdog I’ve put a dispute in with the bank. Only for boohoo to miraculously reply to that providing ‘evidence’ that I selected gift card return despite them ignoring me for weeks. They’re absolute scammers 😂 safe to say I’ll keep escalating!

@SamirKamani @boohoo @BBCWatchdog I returned items & was issued giftcard refund instead of my original payment.I did not expressly agree to store credit and there is no evidence of consent.Under UKconsumer law refunds must be to the original payment method unless expressly agreed

@RenvoizeWHU @BoohooSupport__ @SamirKamani @boohoo @BBCWatchdog I didn’t choose gift card .. I wanted a refund to original payment. Go on the website and submit via form or contact via iMessage. Resolver is meant to be good as well , if you don’t receive a response after a certain amount of days you get to escalate it to senior on resolver

@mskhoshx @BoohooSupport__ @SamirKamani @boohoo @BBCWatchdog Hey at least you got your gift card. I selected gift card for the uplift and haven't received it. Can't get hold of anyone, managed to speak to someone on FB Messenger who claims they sent me a gift card and has ignored me since.

No one has called back and this is due to an electricity fault of neighbours not even ours. Our drive way has been blocked all day, we have not been able to leave the house and all plans for tomorrow morning have now been cancelled.

@UKPowerNetworks we were told this morning that this would be fixed at 4 pm? Your workers left at 3pm and said someone will be here soon to fix this, no one has turned up and it’s now 21:40. I called at 6 pm and was told I would receive a call back and no text of ref number.
